Our individually designed meeting rooms come fully equipped with high-quality tech, Wi-Fi and video conferencing technology.

Our Day Rates:
- Half day 8 am - 1 pm
- Full Day 9 am - 5 pm

Please note we can change our hours to suit your needs:

Included in your meeting room hire:

  • Up-to 46-seater boardroom style space with large 75” screen with video conferencing with Clickshare for presentations.
  • Large portable glass writing board and high-speed WI-FI connection.
  • Stationary note paper and pens.
  • Conference phone available upon request, tea/coffee station including selection of biscuits, sweet treats and chilled water all included in room hire rate.
  • Bottled beer and wine available and included in room hire rate. 

Additional Meeting Room Services  

  •  Breakfast & Lunch Catering – menu available upon request. Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to booking through the building team. 

  • Printing services – available upon request. 

  • Tea, coffee, chilled water etc. can be replenished throughout the day upon request.
